As your therapist, I am here to provide you with the support and guidance needed to navigate life's challenges and discover your inner strengths. I believe that seeking help is an act of self-care and resilience, whether it involves overcoming obstacles or uncovering hidden talents. Together, we will embark on a journey of self-discovery and personal growth, utilizing a range of therapeutic approaches tailored to your unique needs.
My main specialties include addressing communication issues, fostering emotional connections and intimacy, and navigating grief. I also specialize in anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation (such as mood swings), mild obsessive-compulsive disorder, assertiveness and boundary issues, workplace stress, conflict resolution, reconciliation, solution negotiation, custody issues, and premarital and marriage counseling.
I offer group therapy and workshops, available both online and in-office, conducted in English, French, and Creole to accommodate diverse backgrounds. In group therapy sessions, I facilitate discussions such as the Grief and Loss Recovery Group and the Emotion Regulation Group, which is based on Dialectical Behavioral Therapy principles. Additionally, I conduct workshops on topics such as Intimacy and Love, and Intimacy and Relationship.
I am excited to partner with you on your journey towards healing and growth!
